PRIVACY POLICY CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA

(hereinafter also referred to as "Privacy Policy”)

I. Preamble

European Institute for Education Development limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000699832; Tax Identification Number: 5272824315; REGON: 368548017 (hereinafter also: "Company" or "Administrator"), in this Privacy Policy, it has defined the principles of processing and protecting the personal data of Website Users. Users may, by sending a Report via the Website, take part in the International Pedagogical Forum Conference (hereinafter referred to as "the Conference"). The rules of processing and protection of personal data of Users who joined the Conference by sending the Application, are defined in the Conference Regulations available on the subpage of the Website: www.education-forum.com. The information contained on the Website is checked for correctness. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes. The Company does not transmit Users' data to unauthorized entities, and if it detects any irregularities or threats caused by persons who do not comply with the law, cooperates with the authorities appointed to prosecute infringements. In order to accurately explain the principles used by the Company when collecting and processing data made available to the Company using the Website, this Privacy Policy was created.

II. Personal data in connection with participation in the Conference

  1. The User's personal data processed by the Company as part of the service offered by the Website, will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data with the item d. (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000, hereinafter also: "UODO") and in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection, hereinafter: „RODO”).
  2. The administrator of personal data provided for reporting to Conferences in the forms provided for in the Regulations is the European Institute for Education, limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000699832; Tax Identification Number: 5272824315; REGON: 368548017 (hereinafter referred to as: „Administrator").
  3. The company applies all the necessary security measures, ensuring protection of personal data being processed, in particular protection against unauthorized disclosure of data.
  4. By supplementing the data contained in the application form on the Website, the User provides the Company with personal data indicated in the account registration form.
  5. The Company uses the User's personal data obtained when submitting a request to the Website for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Conference organized by the Company based on the consent of the conference participant (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the RODO);
  6. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary and the consent granted by the User is the basis for processing his personal data for the purposes of conducting the Conference. The basis for the processing of personal data of the User in order to consider complaints submitted by him is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
  7. The User is entitled to exercise the rights resulting from UODO and RODO, in particular the right to access his own personal data, the right to request rectification, correction, deletion or limitation of processing and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to request the transfer of this data. The User has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the legality, processing, which was made on the basis of the consent granted prior to its withdrawal, with the reservation that the right to withdraw the consent shall apply in the event that the Administrator will process personal data based on consent . The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. These rights may be exercised, in particular, by contacting the Administrator in the manner specified in point VI. Privacy Policy.
  8. The Company reserves the right to entrust the processing of personal data in connection with the implementation of the Conference to other entities and bodies to which the Administrator is obliged or authorized to disclose personal data on the basis of generally applicable laws. The personal data of the Users may also be accessed by entities processing personal data at the request of the Administrator, accounting or IT entities. The Company entrusts Users' personal data to entities providing hosting services for the purpose of conducting e-mail correspondence.
  9. The User's personal data will be kept for the period necessary to effectively conduct the Conference.

III. Personal data in connection with the use of the site

  1. The personal data of the Website Users is collected and processed depending on the manner in which the User uses the Website, by the Administrator of such data as the Company. The User's personal data may be collected and processed in connection with the provision of services offered by the Website, including in connection with answering questions, the Operability of the Website, registration of participation in the Conference, including filling in the application form on the Website. In the last two cases, the User should read the document of the Regulations available on the subpage of the Website.
  2. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data that is necessary to use a particular Website service may prevent the User from using this service.
  3. The User's data collected in connection with browsing the Website by the User is processed in accordance with the use of cookies, however not longer than until the User withdraws the consent or clears the content of cookies in the browser from which the User uses the services. Personal data collected within the contact box are processed for a period necessary to maintain the continuity of correspondence.
  4. Website Users' data are processed in order to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, i.e. displaying the content of the Website, in order to maintain the session on this Website, ensure security.
  5. The legal basis for data processing of the Website Users is the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services, which provides for the conclusion of contracts for the provision of electronic services (basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 point b) of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection). The legal basis for data processing for statistical and analytical purposes collected with the use of Google Analytics tools is explicit user consent expressed when entering the Website (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 item a) of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection). The legal basis for the processing of data of persons using the contact box is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, consisting in not leaving an unanswered question submitted by the User's own initiative.
  6. Personal data of the Website Users and persons contacting via the contact form may be disclosed to other entities only for purposes related to the delivery of the Website, including bodies authorized by law. Data of Users who have consented to the processing of data for statistical / analytical purposes collected using Google Analytics tools upon entering the Website, will be entrusted to companies from the Google group, for the use of Google Analytics analytical tools on the Website. When data is transferred to the United States, the provisions of the EU-US Privacy Shield are respected. The transfer of data to other countries outside the European Economic Area takes place on the basis of exemplary contractual clauses. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area does not affect the possibility of exercising the rights of the data subject, including the right to obtain access and copies of data (in such cases, please contact the Administrator directly).
  7. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the Website.
  8. Browsing the Site requires the disclosure to the Administrator of the IP address and personal data collected via cookies and other technologies placed by the Site on the device used by the User. This is because every device connected to the Internet has a unique number assigned, i.e. an IP address; on its basis, you can, for example, identify the country from which a given user connects to the network. In addition - but only in the case of express consent when entering the Website - the Site collects additional data on visited websites, such as: number of visits, country, browser, time of visit, etc. We analyze collected data using an external provider's solution, using Google Analytics tools that help to understand how Users use the Website. This information will be used only for aggregate, anonymous statistical studies, which will allow you to improve the products and customer service of this website.
  9. Personal data and other non-personal data collected via the Website are stored on a secure server, and access to data is only authorized personnel, trained in the protection of personal data and IT system security, as well as obliged to maintain strict confidentiality. Personal data is processed with technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of data processed in accordance with the requirements set out in the provisions on the protection of personal data. The data protection measures have been adapted to the requirements of the RODO.

IV. Complaints, questions and technical support

  1. In order to obtain information about the services provided or technical support for Users, the User may send a request directly to the service, dealing with technical support, through the data provided in the "Contact" tab. Inquiries of Users, including complaints about the operation of the Website, will be processed on a regular basis by the entity providing the service directly. A reply to the inquiry (complaint) will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address from which the User sent a message (complaint).

V. Cookies

  1. Some of the elements of the Website may use cookies, i.e. cookies. These are small text files sent to the User's computer to identify it, as well as to improve and speed up some operations. Cookies are stored on the User's device, helping to adapt the Website to his personal preferences. Most cookies contain the name of the Website, storage time and a unique number. VI. User contact with the administrator

Our method of contact with the User depends on the scope of information provided by him. If the User wishes to contact the Company in a matter regarding personal data, he may do so by sending an e-mail to the following address: eire.poland@gmail.com. The Company, at the User's request, will inform him in detail about the purpose, method and scope of processing his personal data, as well as provide other information required by law.

VII. Final Provisions

This Privacy Policy shall enter into force on the day of its publication. This Privacy Policy is for information purposes and is the fulfillment of the information obligations imposed on the data controller by UODO and RODO.
