March 19, in Helsinki, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Global International Pedagogical Forum IPF∙2020 Eugeny Baranovsky has met with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Finland Mr. Nopporn Adchariyavanich. This meeting was focused on the teachers’ participation in the Global Forum, the problems of education around the world, and the situation in the field of education in Thailand. “Basic education is a part of human rights. When you promote human rights, you promote basic education. Education is the key to the development of human resources”, stated Mr. Ambassador. In turn, Eugeny Baranovsky has drawn Mr. Ambassador’s attention to the fact that today, when the world is extremely diverse, and when different countries are developing differently, the opportunity to learn from the best ones is the most effective way of teachers’ skills development, and this opportunity helps any government to improve the quality of education in their own country without actually attracting additional resources. The meeting was held in a friendly, mutual understanding atmosphere. The parties agreed on cooperation and presentation of Mr. Ambassador at the Global Forum.
