Today education has become a paramount sphere and has formed an integral part of life and no wonder quality education has been comprised because so many parameters that should be integrated in the system have been missing. Many institutions, political leaders, business circles and many learned people have promised to provide the populace with quality education. Many of such promises have come and gone without remarkable impact on the quality of education provided to the populace. It is on record that many leaders, institutions, organizations and individuals have in various ways spent large amount of their resources to ensure that the objective of providing high quality education is achieved. In most cases, the situation remains the same if not worsened. The big question is that do leaders, institutions, educational scholars and stakeholders understand what is meant by quality education? Based on what has been stated above, I want to center my discourse of this abstract on the coming of information and technology communication. Generally, education has involved into what is termed as paradigm shift in the same that many things have changed and the coming of ICT has brought many advantages in education system. Is it true that always education should be done in an ordinary set up of a classroom block whilst we live in a changing world? The answer is simple and its no. Computer based programs can be initiated of which this has been my concern. People can learn wherever they are regardless of situation. Generally, the education system in Zambia is manly depends on teaching learners on how to write and pass the examinations, without impart learners with relevance skills and knowledge which learners can use for a life time survival. Instead we teach learners for a white collar jobs such as lawyers, teachers, accountants, doctors and among others jobs. Without bearing in minds that it is not only those good jobs which can make a learner succeed in life.  As we are aware Zambia is undergoing a period of deep economic and social crisis characterized by increasing urban and rural poverty; hunger and malnutrition; unemployment and underemployment and a large gap in incomes between haves and have-nots. It is noted that, Zambia as a country can learn and develop through the interaction, exchanging of knowledge and technology advances from countries likes the United States of America, Germany, Poland, Italy among others countries being the best leading nations in the world in terms of education development and technological advances in different areas of development.
I have been teaching computer studies for six years and I have seen what impact it has brought in education. Many pupils are earning a living from what they have leant and are running internet café as well as providing other computer related services to the community. The education system has a capability to develop various software and come up with different data bases which can be used in schools and offices. I want to share with other teachers and stakeholders from different countries on how best we can run away from ordinary registers of calling names and login in schools by use of hardcopies while we have technology in place. Schools should implement these systems of checking who is in and who is out by use of computer based software’s than relying on ordinary hard copies.
Meeting different individuals in the forum, I would also like to know how they are running their schools in relation with computer based programs. At the same time, I do understand that schools are capable of making different gadgets and accessories which can later be sold and reduce total dependency on government and other stakeholders in the running of education system. If at all students in other countries can do them, even all educational schools can be able to implement the same. I will interact with various people for example China, Germany, United States just to mention a few on how learners are using information and communication Technogym to uplift the standards of their countries.
Additionally, my fifteen -year experience in teaching has made make acquire many relevant teaching and learning methods and the three core values which I have implement I my teaching are;
1.    Giving direction,
2.    Pupils find their own roots and
3.    lead side by side.
If at all our education system is improve, leaners will be able to discover many cardinal and pivotal ideas because a teacher will be able only to give direction and control side by side then the pupil will do the rest. This is another aspect that I want to share with the forum once I attend this big conference.
Based on what has been tabulated from above, high quality education and meeting sustainable education by 2030 will require to have an improvement in the field of Information and Communication Technology.

Expectations:

To forward the ideas in the forum and to acquire different knowledge from different delegates coming from various cities. Being a Zambian I know how much it costs to be educated hence by improving ICT in schools it will really benefit a Zambian child.
