Contribution:

I am an educator that believe more in the methodology of practical learning than the theoretical method. As my country has serious issues with justice being served to all persons in respective of age, color, sex, and region, I believe that the youth must be the change we  want to see in society. It is with this believe that I am so passionate about our justice system and how i could begin to mentor students and young professionals that would lead the change I foresaw in our justice system. There are too many reforms our educational system needs that I believe this forum will grant the space for more training and network and subsequent improvement of our educational system.

Expectations:

It is my exception that this conference will teach modified methods that can effective effect the outcomes of our educational system in Liberia.

I also expect that the team of Liberian teachers that will leave the forum should help bridge the gap between our institutions of higher learning and the market that is the sole consumer of the products(the students) from the educational system; that is, the requisite skills thought at the higher learning institutions should be relevant to the market.
