Throughout her teaching career, Ladda focuses on student learning and development to their potential. She is well aware that each student is different and cannot meet the same development level. The amount of homework and practice is designed to suit students abilities. Less homework is planned for weak students, they should be able to finish the work and be proud of themselves. She always give time to students who do not understand the less once the lesson finished, to review the lesson with them. She believes in teacher-parent partnership for student development and achievement.
I will be bringing and sharing my experience on effective classroom management and how to inspire students to love and want to learn Mathematics with teachers at the forum.
