Implementation of the modern technologies in education in order to face the demand of the 21st century teaching skills.
Merits:

Developing from a teacher of English who have little knowledge of pedagogy to a school principal and a university lecturer, I have kept my endeavors in searching for new and effective teaching methods and approaches which help make my teaching productive. I have been actively involved in education for almost twenty years, and the information below proves my recent summary teaching work achievements:  Present : Promoting 21st century teaching skill in Sovannaphumi schools.  4 June 2018 : Promoted to principal of Sovannaphumi School, Poipet Campus  Dec 29  2017 : Presenting a topic in the 2nd Teaching and Learning Forum on Teaching Methods and Activities organized by NTC Group.  1 Aug2017 : Promoted to principal of Sovannaphumi School, Battambang Campus  1July 2017 : Awarded an IELTS Certificated of 6.0 Overall Band Score     Attending the International Pedagogy Forum will extend my opportunities to reinforce my teaching abilities since I have specific purposes of attending this great event. First of all, I strongly expect to acquire knowledge and experience from potential teachers and educators who will share their personal teaching work achievements regarding to the best practice of promoting 21st century teaching skills, and I do expect to learn more about other emerging principles and the current trends of teaching by taking advantages from technology. Meanwhile, I hope to build international networks which allow me to integrate myself into new digital global teacher association where every teacher and educator can provide assistance and advice for the sake of teaching improvement. Furthermore, I will be ready for discussions of small groups on topic within my knowledge and experience. Last but not least, I also wish to visit some schools if possible to gain more pictures of good learning environment and safety. Only IPF 2019 will help me achieve these dreams of the year.   WORK ACHEIVEMENT
