Contribution:

Working as a teacher of English in Cambodian Children’s Fund for more than 2 years, I have gained an understanding of how important pedagogy is. As a hardworkingdedicated staff, I have received teacher’s awards; therefore, I am promoted to be a teacher team leader lately. Although, those were my achievements, still I am curious about having profound knowledge of teaching.
Being able to provide better education to children in Cambodia is a part to achieve my professional career. Consequently, I am deeply interested in International Pedagogical Forum with The European Institute of Education Development, as I strongly believe this forum ideally fits my enthusiasm to understand more about innovative methods and teaching techniques. Furthermore, I will be able to grab successful experiences and achievements in teaching from the best educators.
To reach CCF’s vision and mission, transforming impoverished kids into future leaders, it is commonly to have qualified teachers. So that, I am willing to share what I have learnt with colleagues by conducting trainings and providing supports as much as possible.  Not only this forum will provide me intellectual knowledge in teaching, but also it will bring potential outcomes for students. As 21st century approaches, it is vitally crucial to offer a better education for children to obtain competency skills, knowledge and attitude to compete in today’s job market.
Having a strong communication with high commitment to grab new initiative ideas to reinforce my professional career, so I am confident of being a qualified participant in this upcoming forum.

Expectations:

Being born in an educated family, I am glad that I was always offered a better education which is a big impact to change my life into today. In brief, I have received a well-education in Kandal Province where I was born. After finished High-school, my parents transferred me to study and live in Phnom Penh. While I was in university, I received a full scholarship to stay at Harpswell Foundation, a place which provided a free accommodation and food for outstanding girls from the far provinces. After graduated from University majoring in Educational Management and Teaching, I was officially selected to be a full-time teacher of English at Cambodian Children’s Fund, a Non-governmental Organization that has a precise vision of transforming impoverished kids into future leader. Getting a well education has always been a dream of mine; thus, I decided to pursue Master Degree in Educational Administration and Leadership in a famous university in Phnom Penh.
The first impression of my first teaching day was that, it was really boring for me to stay with young messy kids. However, this idea has changed just a few months of being a teacher. I realized myself that I loved teaching and willing to provide such a better education to young generation as much as I can. As the one who always care about students’ progresses, I always seek for fun and active teaching activities to implement in class. What is more, I always find best solutions to deal with misbehavior students as well as to inspire students to learn and involve in my teaching. As a hard-working dedicated staff, I have received awards and I was promoted to be a teacher team leader lately. Even though that was a part of my achievement, still I keen on learning more about teaching practices.
Today, I write it to you with an open heart interested in International Pedagogical Forum 2019 since this upcoming event ideally fits my enthusiasm of profound understanding about pedagogy. With willing, knowledge and high commitment, I am confident that I am a qualified candidate in this event.
