Merits:

Richard Hoenyefia Boni is an Assistant Director I in the Ghana Education Service and Head of Science Department of Baidoo Bonsoe Senior High Technical School, a community based Senior High School in the Ahanta West Municipality of the Western Region of Ghana.

He is a former Western Regional Chairman of the Ghana Association of Science Teachers (GAST), from 2010-2015.

He was adjudged the 2012 Western Regional Best Teacher in Science category and subsequently nominated for the National Best Teacher Award Scheme.

He is an intrinsically motivated teacher and a Resource Person for the Ghana National Association of Teachers, GNAT, and Ghana Association of Science Teachers, GAST.

Contribution:

Demystifying the Teaching of Practical Chemistry in Less Endowed Schools. He is attending the International Pedagogical Forum, IPF-2019, so as to share his experiences on teaching in rural communities, and also to tap into the teaching and research experiences from other seasoned educationists from other part of the world.

Expectations:

He is incredibly proud of this rare opportunity and it is his ultimate expectation that his skills in teaching would be enhanced after the forum.
