Able to identify students’ needs and plan lessonsaccordingly so every child feels comfortable and is able to follow and progress at his/her own pace without feeling frustrated or anxious.

Always learning more from my students, colleagues, books, the Internet and so on, because I believe that a teacher should always try to be the best she/he can be and that teachers need to learn too.
