A European approach of teaching and learning 21st century skills

This lecture explores what learning looks like in the 21st century and how innovative teaching practices can support student learning to develop these skills. Creativity, collaboration, communication, critical thinking and problem solving, along with content and changing technology, are what students need to master now to navigate and design the future.

Dr. Manjola Zaçellari
Albania

Dr. Manjola Lumani Zaçellari is a full-time lecturer in the Department of Albanian Language at Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës. She holds degrees from Tirana University (BSc in Language and Literature and MSc in Linguistics), and center for Albanological Studies (PhD in Linguistics). She teaches Lexicology, Semantics, Academic Writing and Didactics.

Dr. Zaçellari has authored the monograph Conceptual fields in Albanian phraseology, academic books Academic Writing (theoretical+practical textbook). She is the author of over 30 publications in peer reviewed journals at regional, national and international conferences. She was a staff member of the Erasmus + project '‘Introducing modules on law and rights in programmes of teacher training and educational sciences: A contribution to building rights-based education systems in countries in transition’' (EduLAw) and one of the coauthors of the textbook (EduLAw project output): “Introductory Textbook On Law and Rights for Students in Teacher Training and Educational Sciences. She has teaching experiences abroad as an invited lecturer at Kodolanyi Janos University Budapest, Hungary.
