Power of authentic relationship

When you start your first journey as a teacher, you think that your students will love you, but a few months later you want to quit that job. Working as a teacher is not easy. You might have students who are from a very poor family in which money is matters than education, students whose parents never concern about their study or their life, or your subject doesn't matter like other subjects. There are many reasons behind that you might not know, and you start to blame students and school. You work so hard, but your students still fail, and they don't respect you. This presentation is good for fresh graduates who just start their career as a teacher and teachers whose students are from disadvantaged backgrounds. Participants in this workshop will learn how to build an authentic relationship with your students, how to put every student in progress, and how to make your students enthusiastic in your classroom.
