Contribution:

If you have a dollar and you give it to other friend , you become a penniless... But if you have an idea and your friend has  some knowledge ,then they  have become  a priceless and worthwhile team... So sharing my experience and learning others' practices must be  a great contribution to the world's education, which  definitely will turn our world to a  better place to live...

Expectations:

My favorite  sayings are " sharing is caring" and " if you stop learning, you start getting older"..

Thus I attend various conferences and workshops to learn something new to share them with my colleagues later..

I am sure I will learn a lot of strategies and proceedings to cascade later.
