Expectations:

From the forum I expect to acquire knowledge on the professional standards of teachers abroad as well as their standards of living. I also wish to develop an understanding on the teaching and learning techniques applied by other teachers abroad so that we can develop our own techniques and improve the teaching and learning process. Sharing the acquired information with teachers inside and outside our Union is one of my goals after participacing. Lastly, continuos networking with other educators that would have participated at the Forum will enable us to improve our teaching and leaning environment here in Zimbabwe.
