Provides surveillance of the departments of epidemiology and infectious diseases, public health and medical research, public health diagnostics, and others. He is the principal investigator of the largest cohort study of Ebola survivors in Liberia. During the Ebola virus crisis in Liberia, he served as head of the case detection division in the Montserrado incident management System, responsible for critical aspects of the Liberian response to Ebola.
